I think you have to take it at face value he had reason to believe his staff, that's why he was so angry today about it.

President has created vacuums all around the world because of what you just said. He's not wanted to exercise American leadership.

I think in the Trump White House there are no standard rules. Everybody's job is amped-up and more difficult, and that's because of the personality, the nature of the President and the way the President conducts himself.
