Well, I don't think it was symbolic at all, Sanjay. In fact the only institution in Washington of the House, the Senate and White House that has actually done its job and done anything meaningful on spending or debt is the House of Representatives.

Let me just for argument's sake grant his argument, his logic, none of what he said would have stopped 9/11 from taking place.
Of course he should. He's the one who authorized the mission. The SEALs carried it out and the President deserves the credit for authorizing it.
He made a reference to barrel bomb himself and how concerned he was about that.
