I think it will pass the House, I'll be curious about the Senate and it's an important part of how to eventually bring the deficit down. It's a great start.

Let me just for argument's sake grant his argument, his logic, none of what he said would have stopped 9/11 from taking place.

One of the reasons we have not suffered another 9/11 is because we are vigilant and have these important programs in place.
