Since he became president, he said the tide has turned. I don't think anything has turned. Afghanistan was a mess, it is a mess.

Let me just for argument's sake grant his argument, his logic, none of what he said would have stopped 9/11 from taking place.
Of course he should. He's the one who authorized the mission. The SEALs carried it out and the President deserves the credit for authorizing it.
