Yesterday, I was proud to join with Chairman Mark Green of the House Homeland Security Committee to lead a bipartisan delegation down to the 9/11 Memorial and Museum to give our colleagues an opportunity to witness and understand what is now Ground Zero. I am thankful that Congressman Kennedy joined us. Madam Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from New York (Mr. Kennedy).
