I think the biggest issue with ROVs is that there is this pursuit by the majority in the Commission to get to a mandatory standard.
We here in Washington and this government has no greater responsibility or moral duty than to make sure our veterans have the services and the care they have earned and they richly deserve.
The general way a voluntary standard and the ANSI standards are done is not public.
I do not take the responsibility to lead this agency and execute its mission lightly.
