I voted against it because I think there is a jurisdictional issue with the EPA, as they control emissions.

The common goal among all of us, Congress, CPSC, industry, and consumers, is safety.

It shouldn't take a Congressional hearing to get CPSC to do its job and prevent babies from dying.

The United States Government cannot, and should not, try to create a zero risk society.
