I commend my colleagues, especially Ms. Clarke, and the witnesses here today for the work they put into getting CIRCIA across the finish line.

Farmers and landowners play a critical role in protecting our natural resources, and they should have access to the best research and tools available to help them do that work.

I'm proud that this subcommittee has completed thorough oversight over CISA's many missions this year.
