I am here today to respectfully request the inclusion of critical authorization language for my district in the 2024 Water Resources Development Act.

It is my hope that this year's WRDA can provide Long Island residents with the assistance they so desperately require.

It is a national imperative to secure the foundational technology and infrastructure that underpins our Nation's most critical functions.

I am proud to have been the leading voice on Long Island during negotiations on this key reconciliation bill.
