I am here today to respectfully request the inclusion of critical authorization language for my district in the 2024 Water Resources Development Act.

I once again urge my colleagues to reject proposals to slash CISA's budget in fiscal year 2024.

Such a cut would devastate CISA's ability to operate key programs, to detect and respond to cyber incidents.
