It’s not about housing.

The language that voters will see on Nov. 4 on their ballot to describe these proposals actually hides their true impact.

In fighting this mayor, we have come against budgets that have sought to take away from the working-class people of the city of New York.

New Yorkers can’t afford to live here, City Hall is in chaos, and Donald Trump is corrupting our city’s independence. It’s time to stand up.

Why lead if your default is to insist that something is too hard, or that we just can’t do it?

Adams has lost the confidence and trust of his own staff, his colleagues in government and New Yorkers.
