Rural broadcasters face significant challenges in raising private funds, making them particularly vulnerable if government funding is cut.

Cutting this funding will not meaningfully reduce the deficit, but it will dismantle a trusted source of information for millions of Americans.

The home team has done just fine. The time has not come for a national private political organization to pick for Nevadans, who speaks for them in the U.S. House of Representatives.
