I want to make sure that once again I highlight The SCORE Act of 2023 which is seeking to strengthen mentorship and coaching opportunities for women, especially in our rural communities.

In fact, Nevada has led the nation in women-owned businesses for the last decade and so I'm so proud of all the women entrepreneurs.

One way to ensure that increases is to prioritize, of course, the proper resources for women and other underserved communities.

I introduced the Minority Entrepreneurship Grant Program with Senator Tillis and this legislation would establish a minority entrepreneurship grant program at SBA.

Nevada has led the nation in women-owned businesses for the last decade and so I'm so proud of all the women entrepreneurs.

In Nevada, women make up 45 percent of all businesses throughout the state which is equivalent to more than 80,000 small businesses that are women-owned.

It is very exciting as we want to show off our beautiful country to the world.

Can you talk about, as you contemplate the strategy, some of the ways the Department plans to support tourism essential congested highways?

So, you have an anticipated completion date by the end of this year?

The plan hasn't been updated.

It has been nearly 600 days since the IIJA was signed into law.

The law requires a strategic plan to be updated within 180 days of enactment of the law.

Every single state in this Nation has someplace beautiful and wonderful to travel to, and we want to make sure that they can get there.

The success of all these efforts is critical to the U.S. economy, particularly the economy in my state of Nevada.

The pandemic had worsened the long standing barriers to workforce participation in travel and tourism industry and had created new hurdles to the workplace and to workplace satisfaction.
