I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the consideration of H.R. 6064, which was received from the House and is at the desk. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will state the bill by title. The bill clerk read as follows: A bill (H.R. 6064) to provide an extension of Federal aid highway, highway safety, motor carrier safety, transit, and other programs funded out of the Highway Trust Fund pending enactment of a multiyear law reauthorizing such programs. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
