The clerk will report the bills by title. The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (H.R. 267) to approve hydropower, and for other purposes. A bill (H.R. 678) to authorize all Bureau of Reclamation conduit facilities for hydropower development under Federal Reclamation law, and for other purposes. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to the bills en bloc.
