I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 221. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title. The bill clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 221) congratulating Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., on reaching the historic milestone of 100 years of serving local and international communities, maintaining a commitment to the betterment of mankind, and enriching the lives of collegiate men throughout the United States. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
