I am one of the authors of the Graham-Cassidy-Heller-Johnson bill.
The Jobs Act is doing exactly that, technology and technical companies coming to the State of Nevada.
So, it is my understanding that the competitive process has been closed down. Is that correct?
Can you explain to me what the situation is and why my staff and congressional offices did not hear about this?
