my amendment postpones the implementation of the Cadillac tax for the next 10 years. I think that is a good start on the legislation we have in front of us today. In fact, I think it is a great start, but I think we ought to take the next step. The next step is to repeal it altogether, and that is exactly what this amendment does. It is the only bipartisan piece of legislation that does just that. To that end, I thank the Senator from New Mexico, Mr. Heinrich, for his help and support in moving this legislation forward to where we are today. Mr. President, there is no opposition to this legislation. There is no opposition in America to this legislation. I have 83 groups and organizations around this country. Unions support this amendment. The Chamber supports this amendment. Seniors support this amendment. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Who yields time?
