This was clearly demonstrated last week when the Senate overwhelmingly supported and adopt our amendment to fully repeal the Cadillac tax by a vote of 90 to 10. Organized labor, the chamber of commerce, local and State governments, small businesses, seniors, and, together, 90 percent of the Senate--we put forth a solution to fix a problem affecting many Americans and their families.
