The workforce is key. Bringing this workforce along with us, but giving them the opportunities and retaining them in this kind of space for innovation and science is so important.

We cannot forget that.

Puerto Rico has a role to still provide services for its citizens

It still has to carry out the functions of a government as it is going through this bankruptcy, correct?

There is so much--and I thank you for the panelists--work that needs to be done in Puerto Rico

Without permanent relief, the general recovery process in the aftermath of a disaster is slowed.

We need to do more. There needs to be more financial literacy. There needs to be more outreach.

There is nothing wrong with more choices for individuals to decide how they want to participate in a retirement plan.

The importance of multilingual retirement savings education materials.

I think actually, it will help taxpayers. So I think the argument is just completely off-base.

I was hoping that you could respond to some of these criticisms and talk about the features of the State-based option.

It is critically important. I absolutely agree with your assessment.

It is critical that we ensure that our USMCA partners adhere to the dairy provisions they agreed to.
