I think it is a good indicator. The unemployment rate is just people who are looking for jobs.

We have seen the benefits through the CARES Act, through the American Rescue Plan, through ARPA, where we actually carve out and focus on set-asides for our Tribal communities

Because I am hearing from Nevadans as well that this is starting to clear up for them and help them to address what they are seeing with some of this medical debt in their credit reports.

Not all of them, right. Some of them work really well. But there are some that are taken advantage of.
