it is with deep sadness we mourn the loss of our fellow New Mexican, Congressman Steve Schiff. Steve was highly respected in the House of Representatives on both sides of the aisle. Steve was known for his keen mind, his absolute sense of fairness, and above all his integrity. As a friend and mentor, I share in the loss with his family. New Mexico and America have lost a patriotic son and a humble servant in Steve Schiff. Steve will be greatly missed.
