Santa Clara strongly supports section 3, subsection (h), the ban on development and motorized access, but asks for an exception to allow Santa Clara members access to parts of Popii Khanu otherwise inaccessible.

I believe there is strong public support for National Park Service management of the Valles Caldera, and the inclusion of the preserve in the National Park System will ensure that the area is appropriately protected.
