these countries are working together on the IPCC, but they have scientists in their own countries that are reviewing what is said by other scientists.

You really, in a way, have a glut on the market. It has driven down the price.

The history of the Clean Air Act Amendment shows that compliance costs have been far lower than expected when laws are implemented.

Climate change is a serious problem. The American people know it's serious, and they want something done.

Our goal is to finally make some headway and give EPA the ability to set protective standards based on science to protect all Americans from toxic chemicals, especially the most vulnerable populations like pregnant women and young children.

I hope, as we move down the road, we can get into the next 5-year plan.
