Mr. Speaker, indeed, it is marvelous when we come together on these bipartisan bills. I would recognize the work of Ranking Member Grijalva and Chairman Westerman in bringing these kind of bipartisan bills that we have had all day long today, and the enthusiasm for the EXPLORE Act. I like the fact that the last speaker talked about families. I need to tell you that when Latinos see the vision of a hiker who is on top of the mountain, they always ask how come he is up there alone. Where is his family? We know that Latino families love to get out in nature and they love doing it as family. So many of these outdoor recreation activities are often passed on from father to daughter, from mother to son, from grandfather to grandchildren, and grandmother to their children. I think that is the other key thing about this, this is including everybody, recognizing that this is, indeed, a great American tradition to go and explore our outdoors. Mr. Speaker, I reserve the balance of my time.
