New Mexicans know the true cost of uranium mining. Across our state, abandoned uranium mines have poisoned our land, threatened our water, and harmed generations of families.

Trump does not understand New Mexico values, which center around land, water, air and strong communities. We are proud to be a multicultural, working class state. I think he’s making us poor, hungrier and less safe.

If transparency is not transparency, then justice is not justice.

It’s time for accountability. There must be clear and significant consequences for sexual harassment of this level.
