One thing is you cannot legislate morality, you cannot legislate common sense, you cannot legislate people doing the right thing.

Forget the internal stresses of corporations. Think about the fact that the ground we are standing on literally is going to get insolvent and very quickly.

I find myself on the other side of the policy. And so it is trying to harmonize those two positions.

I really appreciate you having this hearing, because this is at the essence of protecting the communities in the West.
