One of the greatest emerging threats to U.S. national security is illicit use of virtual or cryptocurrencies.

It penalizes legitimate businesses when the shell companies can come in and operate and launder money.

Some of the scariest words known to my constituents are, 'I am from the Federal Government, and I am here to assist you.'

I find myself on the other side of the policy. And so it is trying to harmonize those two positions.
