I urge my colleagues to support the legislation, and I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. Takano). The question is on the motion offered by the gentlewoman from New Mexico (Ms. Haaland) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 139, as amended. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the bill, as amended, was passed. The title of the bill was amended so as to read: ``A bill to direct the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a special resource study of the site associated with the 1908 Springfield Race Riot in the State of Illinois.''. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
