Ben Ray Luján is an American politician serving as the junior United States senator from New Mexico since January 3, 2021. What I am looking at is, what is it going to take for us to live up to the commitment, to make sure that we have equitable speeds in rural, as well as urban?
So, would you say that is a yes or no to supporting the FCC regulation that requires a certain level of resiliency and communication infrastructure and mandates the restoration of services in a timely fashion?

I do not think that was the intent. And it is why we all should be looking at this.
