This is a very serious issue, and one that matters to New Mexico, western states, but all of America and around the world.

As a Head Start alumnus, I know the value of high-quality early childhood education and believe that Congress should be strengthening its support for childcare in this country, not taking steps backward.

We made it abundantly clear that every household, every health care center, every school, every community institution, and every business in the country should have access to high-quality affordable broadband service.

Telehealth is literally a lifeline to allowing those folks to stay in their communities and even without a pandemic, we need to recognize that telehealth is a great way for people to ensure that they get the health care that they need.

Through these programs, none of our schools or hospitals, including those in the most rural communities across the country, should be left behind.

I think it's absolutely something that should be expanded.
