How will you ensure that the Office of Intelligence and Analysis has sufficient personnel and resources to assess and address all of the various terrorist threats to the homeland?
I really would look forward to working on this with you, because I think it is a really urgent issue for the American people.
If we cannot modernize our legacy IT, it is a customer service issue, to be clear. It is a national security issue as well.
