Maggie Hassan is an American politician serving as the junior United States senator from New Hampshire since January 3, 2017. A member of the Democratic Party, she previously held the position of the 81st governor of New Hampshire from January 3, 2013, to January 5, 2017. During her tenure as governor, Hassan focused on expanding access to healthcare, improving the state's economy, and addressing issues related to education and infrastructure.
I think one of my concerns... is that people keep telling me, but we have a plan, and it is not clear that having the plan and actually having the resources on the ground to meet the goals of that plan are the same thing.

I am also obviously concerned that as we stand up more resources at the Southern Border we attend to the security and trade and travel at the Northern Border as well.
I am concerned after that visit that DHS is not more widely deploying the technologies that you are using to help secure the border in some locations.
