It is absolutely true that the Federal Government occupies the vast majority of the most valuable spectrum.

I want to thank everyone for being here today. I appreciate the work done by the Commission.

We are talking about the spectrum that the government has, but we have to move beyond that to meet our capacity.

Well, the prior legislation failed in the Senate so I think all of us want to come to a resolution to find a bipartisan way forward to address these issues.

I think the spirit of how we want to get there is there.

It worries me that we're going to have to replicate something that apparently, in the Pentagon, we're doing fairly effectively.

the road to improvement is always under construction, so obviously they have more to do.

So, that worries me, and I hope that's something we talk about more in this committee, because this is such an important threat to our country...
