Kelly Ayotte is a former United States Senator from New Hampshire, serving from January 5, 2011, to January 3, 2017. My sense is that naval shipyard dry-dock capacity is substantially inadequate to serve the future life-cycle depot-level maintenance needs of the U.S. Navy fleet.
