if the Senator will agree that we postpone this vote until we have this bill go back to the committee where it can be heard and brought to the floor, I would be fine with that. Apparently that is not going to be the case. I think it is only fair if the Committee on Foreign Relations is going to discuss human rights violations, we should hold off the vote on this and do both at the same time. That is not going to happen.
