Jeanne Shaheen is an American politician serving as the senior United States senator from New Hampshire, a position she has held since January 3, 2009. A member of the Democratic Party, she is the first woman to be elected governor of New Hampshire, serving from 1997 to 2003. During her tenure in the Senate, Shaheen has focused on issues such as healthcare, education, and national security, often advocating for policies that support working families and promote economic growth.
I do believe that funding for Open World should be primarily from this appropriation.
It is my understanding that the investment from the ESPC is going to pay for the cost of the new plant?
Can I ask, do you have plans for using ESPCs in any other of the buildings around the campus?
Do we have any quantifiable information about how much we will be saving on emissions as a result of the new plant?
The reason I ask is because there have been questions, in my mind, about how CBO scores the costs of ESPCs.

We are focused on a much more basic level of showing our participants what you may expect when your government is accountable.
