I am hoping that you can share some insights into how you made those tradeoffs in the budget.

I share Chairman Hoeven's concern about the administration's request of $40.5 billion, which really reduces funding for the Department's operations in 2017.

The funding that was awarded in 2016, my understanding is that it is not actually going to be out in communities and be disbursed until the end of the year at the earliest.

I share concerns about a number of the issues that Chairman Hoeven has raised.

We are losing a person a day in New Hampshire from overdose deaths, this is about three times as many people as who die in traffic accidents in New Hampshire.
