I recently wrote a letter with Chairs and Ranking members of Appropriations, Armed Services, Foreign Relations and Intelligence committees requesting that the Administration fully implement the HAVANA Act.

I want to especially thank you for coming to the Pease Air National Guard Base last year.

I am committed to working with Congress to resolve this issue.
