Annie L. McLane Kuster is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for New Hampshire's 2nd congressional district since January 3, 2013. A member of the Democratic Party, Kuster has focused on issues such as healthcare, women's rights, and economic development throughout her tenure in Congress. I urge my colleagues to heed the lesson and deny VA's proposed consolidation of the medical services account and the community care account.

What my number one concern is that the outcomes from the task force have credibility with our veteran community.
I was very pleased to hear your testimony about the VA research on the opioid epidemic, and I think it is very promising.
It is imperative that the Appropriations Committee continue to robustly fund the Choice program.
I respectfully request that you recognize the importance of FQHCs for the future of the VA community care.
I urge my colleagues on the subcommittee to work with the Veteran's Affairs Committee to develop these authorities.
