What is your plan to ensure the case management system is supported with necessary IT capability and when can we expect to see an IT system in place to support the CVE's verification program?
VA exists for veterans, not for itself or the unjust enrichment of its senior employees.
If this is not what happened, then I believe a public hearing is an ideal place for them to tell us what did happen.
