Thank you. It was about a year ago this time that H.R. 3, one of our leadership bills, came through our Energy and Commerce Committee that would have permitted the Keystone pipeline passed overwhelmingly with bipartisan support in this Chamber. It has been sitting on Senator Reid's desk for over a year now-- 42,000 jobs that could be created collecting dust. I yield to our friend from Virginia, Mr. Morgan Griffith. If you would give us your thoughts on the Keystone pipeline?
