May I interrupt you on that point because it is interesting. When I am back home--and maybe you get this--we get input from our constituents. And one of the most frequent ones is: Why don't you do the bills that you do agree on? In essence, that is what this bill does because we have had 30, 40, 50 Democrats involved in the bills and voting for them; and so this is an amalgamation of bipartisan bills, but yet we had less Democratic support for today's bill than we did as individual bills, and I think maybe there is a little bit of politics being played.
