Yes, this is my last budget resolution forever. Sometimes I wonder if the chairman of the committee might like to say the same without giving up the leadership of the organization. But it has been a pleasure for 18 years to work with Pete Domenici. As I said the other day, we do not always agree, but we have always been agreeable with each other as we have debated the issues. I thank him for all of his courtesies when we were in the majority and now that he is in the majority. I appreciate it very much. I wish him well. Mr. President, I want to take the time to thank the Democratic staff of the Senate Budget Committee for the outstanding job they did during consideration of the budget resolution.
