I agree with Chairman Domenici that possibly out of these discussions tonight and the general tenor of the responses on each side lead me to also agree that we can have a breakthrough. I would simply say that I happen to feel that the President of the United States has been trying very, very hard to have a breakthrough. Maybe we are sowing the seeds of that accomplishment tonight.
