my answer would be that obviously I would think that since the Parliamentarian does not have an estimating organization under his control, I would think the precedent, as the Senator from Michigan fully well knows, that the Parliamentarian would go along with whatever information he had at hand from the reliable source which we think in this instance is the Budget Committee.
