In your view, are there Federal policies that are inhibiting folks from getting back into the workforce?
What impresses me in Nebraska, a lot of the trucking companies will pay folks to go through the training.
It is a big concern in Nebraska, the price of these inputs, so I am sure that is a concern for all of our farmers right ...
