I think state policy does matter. And while I agree that communities ought to have some competitiveness about how they-- and some control over their own regulation, there should be a minimum standard that makes sure that the country is connected as well.

If I might reclaim a moment. I think there are two Montana Senators who should be wearing those ties. But, anyway, we will find them later. I yield the floor.
I would hope somebody owns up to the fact there’s a major mistake and apologize and says it’ll never happen again.
No one needs to lose their job over this, but we do need to get to the bottom of it and just be assured it’s not going to happen anymore.
