Necessity is the mother of invention, and that’s truer today in the defense world than it’s ever been.

That’s all you have to do: restore the process that they were under and utilizing.

I encourage North Dakotans and landowners especially to make their voices heard throughout the public comment period.

They should not have to ask permission to do the right thing.
