Not at all. The only betrayal we have to worry about is whether it be trained the people we worked for and sometimes, you know, sometimes that may line up with everybody. Sometimes it doesn't. No, it's not a betrayal.
It is hard for me as a former regulator to imagine multi-State, multi-jurisdictional, linear infrastructure that doesn't have a Federal nexus somewhere along the line.
The Biden administration wasted valuable time and resources prioritizing the promulgation of a rule that was unanimously rejected by the Supreme Court for its overreach.
But at the same time I am glad you are having this discussion, as I was coming up, because I do think we have to be innovative.
